What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards as well as debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard symbol. We also offer PayPal checkout. The billing name is Belami, Inc.

Cancellations

Can I cancel an order?

Cancellations can be requested via phone with our Customer Service Team. Cancellations are done on a best efforts basis. If an order is too far in the process of shipping to stop, our standard return policy applies.

Returns

What is your Return Policy?

Warranty

Do you warranty your products?

Yes, HomeClick.com does provide extended warranties on many of our top lines of products. All products come with the standard 1 year manufacturer's warranty. For select lines, HomeClick.com offers a lifetime warranty.

HomeClick.com's sole responsibility and obligation in the event of defective merchandise shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the merchandise and HomeClick.com shall not be responsible for any other damage or loss, which may be sustained or claimed. back to top

Shopping

Do you have a printed catalog?

No, at this time we do not offer a printed catalog. Instead we update and expand our selection continuously.

Do you have products that are not listed on your web site?

We have access to thousands of products that are not yet listed on our site. If you are looking for a particular item, just fill out our short quote request form and we'll get back to you with pricing and availability.

Does HomeClick.com match competitor's prices?

Yes, we absolutely match prices of authorized competitors.

What are your pricing policies?

We reserve the right to change posted prices at any time. If, through a technical issue or data error, we post incorrect prices, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed when the incorrect pricing was posted.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are based in California, so we do charge California sales tax of 7.5% on items delivered to a California address. We do not charge sales tax to deliveries in any other states at this time.

Can you guarantee availability of products on your site?

No. Manufacturers reserve the right to make changes in products offered, materials and construction of their products at any time. Every effort is made to remove discontinued products from our site. All prices and descriptions listed on the web site are subject to change without notice.

Order Process

How do I know my order was received by HomeClick.com?

You will receive an email confirmation for your purchase. This confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide during the checkout process. If you did not receive an email confirmation, please contact us. We will also email you with tracking information once your order has shipped.

How do your coupon/discount codes work?

We run promotions periodically throughout the year. For coupon promotions, the coupon code can be entered into the Enter Coupon Code field in the cart screen. Please note that only one coupon code can be used per order. Some products have a maximum discount set, and the full coupon amount may not be able to be applied. Coupons cannot be applied to Quoted orders - quotes sent by our sales team are final prices. We will show the total discount percentage applied to each item when a coupon is applied.

Can you help me find replacement glass (or other parts) for my fixture?

If you have a fixture you purchased from HomeClick.com that needs replacement parts, we'll do our best to get what you need. Otherwise, we don't typically deal in replacement parts and suggest trying the retailer you originally purchased through, or the manufacturer directly.

I'd like some more detailed information about a product I saw on your site. How do I find out more?

Just give us a call and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Shipping

Do you charge shipping?

Orders of $49 or more ship FREE to delivery addresses in the continental U.S. For orders under $49, we charge $15 shipping and handling per order. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska have a $50 shipping surcharge per order. Standard shipping is UPS or FedEx ground service. Unless otherwise requested, we ship with no signature required. Do you offer will call pick-up?

At this time we do not offer will call pick-up from the warehouse.

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska? What about international locations?

We ship to Hawaii and Alaska. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska have a $50 surcharge for shipping on every order. This fee is displayed during the checkout process.

We also ship to Canada. For Canadian shipments we are pleased to offer Free Shipping to Canada with No Customs Fees on many of our top lines. To view the details of this policy and the lines included in it - Click Here

For lines not included in our Canada promotion, the customer is responsible for paying all duties and customs clearance fees. We are only able to ship UPS or FedEx. We are not able to ship by USPS. The shipping fee to Canada is the same as the US, $15 for orders under $49, free for orders over $49. Contact our customer service team at 1-866-203-5392 to place an order.

We currently do not ship to Puerto Rico or outside of Canada and the United States. Even if providing a personal UPS or FedEx account, we will not ship outside of the US and Canada.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Before you order, you can see an estimate of shipping time for each item on our website. When you view the product page for an item, the delivery time will be listed below the pricing information. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before an order ships. The order will state "Confirming Availability" until the manufacturer provides us with the estimated shipping date. We will email you as soon as the order is confirmed and provide the estimated shipping date. We'll also email tracking information as soon as the order has shipped.

Do you offer express shipping?

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. If you require your order quickly, please contact our Sales Team to confirm availability and discuss options.

I only received a portion of my order. When will the rest of my order arrive?

Whenever practical, we ship all items in an order together. However, if you ordered fixtures made by two or more manufacturers, your items will be shipping from different locations and will not arrive together. Please check our online order status form to see the expected shipping dates for the items on your order.
