" I just wanted to take a moment to tell you about the excellent service Dan Talty in your Customer Service department exhibits.
We ordered a number of products from Homeclick in the past few months. Unfortunately one of the trim pieces for a shower set arrived damaged. When I called Customer Service Dan addressed my concerns immediately and told me exactly what to do to expedite a replacement. He responded immediately to every inquiry I subsequently made and handled the details of getting the part replaced as quickly as possible.
We are mid construction and he understood our need to receive a replacement immediately. Additionally, even though he found the part to be out of stock and couldn't promise the replacement arriving on time, it did indeed arrive in time - only 1 week after my original call to Customer Service!
It isn't often that we run into folks like Dan these days, as sad as that is. As business owners we understand and appreciate the value of good customer service. As such we wanted to send a note of thanks and recognition for Dan's outstanding service as well as praise for your products. We will surely purchase from Homeclick again in the future should the need arise and have already told many of our friends and family about your great service and products as well.
We hope you too appreciate and recognize the work ethic Dan exhibits, as it is employees such as him that give Homeclick a great reputation.
